Q: What's your return and exchange policy?
A: We offer exchanges and refunds on unopened items within 30 days of your purchase.
Q: What condition does the item need to be in for a return or exchange?
A: To be eligible, the item must be new and unused, just like you received it.
Q: What kind of refund can I expect?
A: For unused items, we offer a full refund of the purchase price. If other issues pop up, we might offer store credit to make things right.
Q: Who pays for shipping if I want to return something?
A: Unless it was our mistake, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
A: Before you send anything back, shoot us an email at shop@getboondocks.com and tell us what's going on. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Q: How long does it take to get a refund once I return an item?
A: Once we receive your returned item and give it the once-over, we'll aim to process your refund within a reasonable timeframe. You'll typically see the refund hit your account within a few business days, but it can depend on your payment provider.
Q: Are there any items that can't be returned or refunded?
A: Yep, for hygiene reasons and other practicalities, combs, brushes, and coffee are non-refundable.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: If your Boondocks delivery shows up looking worse for wear, take a picture of the damage and send it along with the details to shop@getboondocks.com. We'll sort out a solution for you.
Q: Do I need to package my return a certain way?
A: Please make sure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during its return trip. Using the original packaging is always a good idea if you still have it.
